Dale L. Robertson is the President of Dale Robertson Jewelry Co., LLC, Inc. He oversees all operations of Dale Robertson Jewelry Co., LLC. He has an extensive background in management, accounting, marketing, training and sales within the retail, wholesale and international jewelry industry. His passion is to encourage those around him to hold to higher standards and aim higher.
Dale Robertson started in the jewelry business in April of 1972 while studying Business Management and Graphic Design at the University of Akron. After college, Dale continued his education with the Diamonds Council of America where he earned the degree of Certified Diamontologist and, later, Guild Gemologist. Dale has also studied with the prestigious Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and has earned the titles of Diamond Graduate and Accredited Jewelry Professional. Dale has served with several of the nation’s largest retail jewelry companies as Senior Manager, consultant, and corporate trainer. Dale has managed some of the most successful and profitable corporate stores in the United States and was co-owner of an independent jewelry store for 14 years before opening Dale Robertson Jewelry in Loveland, Ohio.
Along with being a jewelry designer using Matrix 9 & 8, the Jewel Smith and Counter Sketch CAD programs as well as hand sketching, Dale is an international diamond broker. Dale has been a beta tester for the Edge point-of-sale program, the premier program designed specifically for the jewelry industry to track sales, inventory, and trends. Dale is one of the first Certified Edge Users in the country.
On a more personal level, Dale is very active in his church having served as Elder, a member of the General Board, teaching classes as well as serving in many ministries. He is also involved with many community projects and groups which have people and organizations from various backgrounds come together for the common cause. Dale covets his time with his family as they serve, travel, hike and enjoy life together, especially with the new grandchildren.
